Poultry Pal® is designed to be used in covered gas and charcoal grills, and yes, even in your oven! Poultry Pal® consists of two pieces, a Flavor Base and Infusion Tower, offering advantages over other beer can cooking methods. Filling the Flavor Base is as easy as opening a can or bottle of your preferred liquid and pouring it in.

Don't throw away those giblets! They can be placed in the Flavor Base along with sliced onions, peppers, garlic and even fruit. Try that with a can! Next, place a seasoned whole bird (chicken, game hen, small turkey) over the Infusion Tower, legs down. Place the bird and tower on top of the Flavor Base and you are ready to cook!

For small 10 to 14 lb. turkeys you need to remove the tail and about 1 1/2 to 2 inches of the backbone. This will even the cavity and allow the turkey to sit on the Flavor Tower. Remember to always check the height of your turkey and the inside dimensions of your oven or grill.

Another way is to cook the turkey "neck down" Either way, better and easier than dragging out the big turkey fryer!!

The unique design of the Poultry Pal® allows juices and unhealthy fat to drain into the Flavor Base. The Infusion Tower has been designed to use the juices of the cooking bird, mixed with the selected liquid, to continuously steam-infuse flavor back into the bird.
